TWO FRIDAY MORNING TOURS HAVE BEEN OPENED UP TO ALL ROUNDUP PARTICIPANTS!	The Friday morning visit to the Old Pueblo Trolley Company's Bus Restoration Barn, as coordinated by POCI's Custom Safari Chapter, is now OPEN to any Roundup registrant who wishes to tag along. Following that visit, the group will caravan to the Ignite Neon Sign Museum for a tour of that facility. To learn more, visit the "MAPS" tab on the home page (above, right) and read the details associated with MAP #3. Reservations are NOT required. That group will depart from the host hotel at 9:30am. Likewise, the Firebird Chapter's fun Desert Tour & Caravan with lunch has also been opened up to all Roundup participants. This group also plans to depart from the host hotel on Friday morning, returning to Williams Centre in time for Friday's second seminar which begins at 1:30pm. Interested non-F-body cars are simply asked to "bring up the rear" of this caravan. The exact caravan route and times will be announced soon. Watch this space for further details.
IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR HOST HOTEL AND OVERFLOW HOTELS	As of October 1, 2023, our Host Hotel (TownePlace Suites) is completely SOLD OUT. IMPORTANT: Any additional hotel rooms that might remain available at the Overflow Hotels after October 25th have now been released to the general public and are likely priced much higher.
LIVE ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCED FOR OUR FRIDAY & SATURDAY SOCIAL HOURS	For the Roundup's Friday Night Social Hour, we are excited to welcome multi-talented Latin guitarist/performer Luis Alvarado as the ideal prelude to our savory South of the Border Banquet Buffet! For Saturday's Social Hour, the Roundup is quite proud to welcome "New Old West" entertainer Bill Camp, part of Tucson's respected "Triple-C Chuckwagon" musical family legacy! Weather permitting, both Social Hours will be held outdoors in the beautiful Truly Nolen Event Center Courtyard, located adjacent to the Host Hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ADDITIONAL ROUNDUP T-SHIRTS!	All registered attendees will receive a full-color Roundup T-Shirt as part of their registration package. Only a handful of of additional shirts will be ordered from our supplier, and those shirts will be made available for purchase at the Roundup Registration HQ on a first-come, first-serve basis to the general public, beginning at 1pm on Thursday at the Host Hotel.
